Solenoid Valves

We offer and maintain a full line of wet type solenoid operated directional vales for flows up to 158 GPM and pressures up to 5,000 PSI. We offer these valves in five different sizes: NFPA D03, D05, D07, D08, and D10 with multiple in-stock spool configurations and many more available for order. Several connection options are available including: electrical box, DIN coils, Deutsch connector, and flying leads. HYVAIR also stocks these valves in several voltage options: 115/230VAC, and 12/24VDC. Shockless valve option is available, electric shockless (rectified) - reducing voltages spikes, extending relay contact life, and providing even quieter operation. Hydraulic shockless (series SF) - spool shifting time is doubled by metering the oil in the core tube. Our solenoid valves utilize a rugged reliable design rated to last 30 million spool shifts under proper use. A unique design feature HYVAIR valves have, is the twin tank design with upper and lower tank line channels (double loop) offering greatly reduced pressure drops. Custom spools with metered notches in transition (series SS) are also available upon request.
